Her practice is rooted in a deep exploration of belonging and nostalgia, drawing inspiration from everyday scenes that stir memory and emotion. Maggie’s work often reflects the character of Fremantle, finding inspiration in its landmarks, streetscapes, café culture, and everyday moments. Through a sense of balance, subtle humour, and gentle playfulness, she reimagines reality and invites viewers to find comfort and connection in the familiar.
